After-hours, weekend, and holiday rates apply for late-night emergency callouts. We're always upfront about pricing before beginning any work - no surprises on the invoice. We never refuse a genuine emergency based on the time of day.
What qualifies as a plumbing emergency?
Call us immediately for: a burst or leaking pipe causing active flooding, sewage backing up into your home, a suspected gas leak (also call FortisBC at 1-800-663-9911), complete loss of water supply, no hot water in winter, or any situation where water is actively damaging your property. If in doubt - call us. We'd rather take the call than have you manage a growing disaster alone.
What should I do right now while waiting for a plumber?
Shut off your main water supply valve immediately to stop water flow. If water is near electrical outlets or panels, turn off the circuit breaker for that area. Move valuables out of the flood path and take photos for your insurance claim. Then call us - we'll guide you through additional steps while we're en route.
